You have to be an experienced, results-oriented, and ambitious sales team member that wants to earn top dollar and be a part of a movement to make a difference in our industry.
You will have to be passionate about helping others as this is our main goal.
The goal of the job is to drive NEW business revenue by
1) Generating conversations with potential clients and
2) Converting those conversations into front-end sales
We’re looking for a rockstar salesperson that has passion and love for people, our service, and our growth. As our sales team member, you will be in charge of taking potential moving companies and moving them into being a paid client. You will report directly to the owner.
Our ideal candidate will be someone who lives and breathes the startup growth hustle. They will be great at connecting with people and potential clients and will work hard to create a book of business for moving owners. They will engage with our potential clients by reaching out to them, emailing them, and will work really hard to build systems and processes that can be replicated for future growth.
In this sales position you get to:

Characteristics You’ll Need:
- You must be a serious go-getter. Thirsty for sales.
- You must love sales
- You must be a positive person
- You must be loyal
- You must be likable and authentic. Do people like you without you trying too hard?
- You must be methodical – if you don’t like routine, and you don’t like details, this is NOT the position for you.
- Desire to work hard every day and being able to over-deliver for our clients and team
- You must want to grow personally and have huge desire to see the business grow
- You must LOVE the enrollment & sales process, discovering if prospects on the phone are fit to work with us, and in general – helping people and talking to people.
- You must be coachable. If you think you’re already a superstar and don’t know how to take constructive critique, this is not a position for you.
- You must have tremendous INTEGRITY. That means being able to say NO when someone is not a good fit for our program, even if this means you are losing possible commission. Doing the right thing for our business and our clients HAS TO be MORE important to you than making a sale (and actually leads to *more sales* in the future, anyways!)
- Bonus if you have experience selling SEO.
Some of what you’ll do is:
- Get your scheduled filled with inbound leads
- Qualify the leads and work with them to get the service they need
- Have 4-5 calls a day with inbound leads
- Engage with our potential customers on Facebook groups
- Work with Hubspot as our CRM
- Transition new clients smoothly to the account manager
Some Immediate Goals will be:
- Hit a minimum of 5 new clients a month, the goal is 8
- Close 20% + qualified inbound leads
- Reaching yearly, quarterly and monthly goals of new revenue
- Build an outbound sales team
