Our roots are in airport parking, working with some of the largest airports across the globe and now starting to move our product into new industries. What you would be doing…
You will be heavily involved in delivering our new SOA SaaS platform. There will be a focus on delivering great quality code and ensuring the team is using the best testing and QA processes. This is a hands-on role and ideally you have experience working with our tech stack. But appreciate that not all routes to this role look the same, so are keen to hear from you if you have experience in alternative technologies and will support you to cross-train.
You’ll work in an Agile environment (SCRUM) and with the Tech Lead to:
- Deliver new features on our SaaS platform
- Participate in code reviews/retrospectives
- Ensure continuous improvement of the development process
- Assure testing, QA and change management processes You will be working with:
- NodeJS (14+)
- React
- Typescript
- Google cloud platform (inc. pub/sub, storage and compute)
Wider tech skills we’d like to see are:
- Evidence you write testable, extensible and maintainable code
- Testing tools (e.g. Jest, Jasmine)
- TDD experience
- Evidence of automation and DevOps tools: Git, Docker
- Experience of API design
Location:
Remote-first development (but would be great to see you in our Birmingham office a couple of times a month).
