The Role
We’re looking for a front-end engineer with passion, grit, and integrity.
In this role, you’ll get to:
- Solve product problems and build frontend experiences that help companies build the remote team of their dreams
- Elevate key moments by anticipating user’s needs and thoughtfully guiding them to where they need to go
- Raise the bar for product quality by maintaining a high baseline and quickly fixing and polishing UX issues
- Support other product teams in making the new user experiences consistently delightful and helping launch new products
We’re looking for someone who has:
- 3+ years of industry front-end development experience, building, running, and debugging web applications using modern JS frameworks (React, Typescript, etc), front-end essentials (HTML, CSS, etc), and state management libraries.
- A passion for building amazing end-to-end experiences with an eye for design and quality
- An ability to communicate and collaborate with designers, product managers, and others in the Panther product team to come up with high-impact ways of quickly solving our users’ problems
- Is naturally curious and willing to take a step to learn something they don’t have experience in
- Thrives in a distributed, collaborative environment involving different functions, stakeholders, and subject matter experts
