E Plus Cancercare – Medina, OH – Description Job Purpose: Lead a team of Patient Concierge associates to provide superior service to patients, and their families, in addition to providing support to other areas of the center. Essential Functions: Responsible for managing Associates for assigned team. Ensure all staff members receive training, support and development to achieve company and professional goals. Maintains staff by orienting, and training employees using the New Team Member Checklist. Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Greet patients and families. Answer center telephones, distribute faxes, and prepare customer files. Schedule patient appointments. Receive and correctly record receipts of patient payments.
