Reporting to the Associate Vice President and Dean (AVP/Dean) of Health Sciences, the Associate Dean for Nursing is the primary liaison to local health care agencies and is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic vision for the program with approval from College Administration. The Associate Dean will provide independent assistance with program planning, evaluation and administration in the division; recruitment of students; maintenance of all appropriate records; and direct the work of the Nursing Chairperson, Nursing Clinical Coordinator, Lab staff, and program Secretary to attain program outcomes.
