With revolutionary technology and a fresh raise, we are looking for an Executive Creative Director (That’s you!) to oversee all creative aspects of the business.

Who you are:
A Creative Director with killer instincts that is comfortable overseeing all creative aspects of the business, working closely with business, marketing and design teams to bring the vision to life.
- You are a Jira ninja: Define the product roadmap and create detailed user stories.
- You are whipsmart: Manage all aspects of creative delivery, deliver a stellar experience, create a magical funnel, and a delightful, data-driven, and design-informed user-centric experience.
- Everyone loves you: Seek integration and collaboration opportunities throughout the DeFi ecosystem.
- You are current: Use modern techniques and methods of modern creative delivery
- You are quick: Brainstorm solutions for hard problems with many constraints and assess risks while laying out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed way.
- You get the big picture: Align different teams to achieve our business goals and outstanding delivery.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as Creative Director in a large organization
- Experience working on an Agile development team, strong interpersonal skills, and analytic thinking.
- An excellent copywriter and seasoned wordsmith capable of delivering messaging that captures the spirit of the project
- Familiarity with the Ethereum ecosystem and interest in decentralized finance.
